By accessing or using DecorAI (the "Service"), operated by Rocket Digital Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

DecorAI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to upload photos of rooms and receive AI-generated design suggestions in various styles. The Service is available on iOS, Android, and as a web application.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account

5. Subscriptions & Payments

DecorAI offers free features and premium subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed through:

• Apple App Store for iOS devices
• Google Play Store for Android devices
• RevenueCat as our subscription management platform

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the respective app store's refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service (generating design suggestions). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

Generated Designs

AI-generated design images created through DecorAI are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise specified in your subscription plan. You may save and share generated designs for personal purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated designs will meet your specific requirements. Design suggestions are intended for inspiration and visualization purposes and should not be considered professional interior design or architectural advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
